Cristian Sarosi Director of Engineering, NSI, Nursery Supplies Inc

I had the pleasure to work closely with Ryan Collins at NSI. His leadership skills and in depth knowledge of Operations Management processes enabled the teams to achieve record operational efficiency and financial results.
Under his leadership the organization started the transformation into a world class manufacturing operation through implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement process.
Ryan was instrumental in the implementation of the TPM system. The result of his guidance and mentorship is an agile and dynamic operation that exceeds the customers expectations and is looking forward of becoming the industry benchmark.

Titus Davis, Strategic SVP of Operations | Championing Culture, Efficiency, Profitability, Proctor & Gamble

It is with much enthusiasm that I recommend Ryan Collins for any Consulting opportunity.

I have worked Ryan in several capacities. He has demonstrated a high business acumen. He was able to lead a business through a major restructure successfully.

His cross functional team management and organization design were clear areas of strength during the restructure.

Ryan’s wide-ranging intellect is such that he would easily transition between being tactical while executing lean principles and being strategic with the vision for what success looked like. He was able to improve the key process's that drove the results for the business.

Ryan had demonstrated a high level of integrity , high standards, and a high level of knowledge, skills and talent. He is able to engage and empower and develop capabilities through operations excellence.

Suzanna Lemek, Chief Talent Officer

I have worked with Ryan for a few years on several different projects across all of the manufacturing plants at NSI. Something I have appreciated about his leadership style is the detail he provides on every job, the importance it has to the company as a whole and insight into the strategy and long term career path the individual will have- not just the first 90 days or even first year. Ryan is sure to give you the full story on each plant, each hiring manager and not just the key decision makers but everyone that will be involved in the path and position. He introduces you and allows everyone to also tell their own story and give their thoughts.
Ryan is also a numbers focused person and appreciates all the data possible- it is obvious in working with him that he is indeed a Venn diagram of an engineering and human resources coming together to continuously improve operations and manufacturing. I would highly recommend for anyone to partner with Ryan as a team member or vendor, he truly cares about the employees he works with and takes the time to coach and mentor as well as follow up no matter has busy his schedule may be.
